Knitting classes Dr. Bird has been knitting since before the campers were born!!!

Dr. Bird learned to knit a very long time ago, and she hasn't stopped yet. You can always find her knitting during staff meetings, often for her granddaughter, Baby Pipit.

She has been teaching knitting as an activity at Camp Cherith for about 5 years, and each year many campers learn to 'knit and purl.' Many of the staff have chosen to spend their free time in her classes, and go home with a new skill.

Want to learn to knit? Come to camp next summer. Doctor Bird is sure to be there with her knitting needles.
